Handicap Matrix
To find a starting score, find the numbers at the intersections of the two
groups. E.g. Paul Heneghan (Group C) v Lisa Hobbs (Group I). Paul's starting
score is Row C, Column I(-10). Lisa's starting score is Row I, Column C (+9).
Games are to +15, so Paul needs 25 points to win, whereas Lisa needs 6.
