Handicap Tournament 2011

Information
The Handicap Tournament will take place over two weeks in July. Dates are as follows:
| 18:00, Tuesday 5th July | Round 1 |
| 18:00, Wednesday 6th July | Round 1/2 (& Plate) |
| 18:00, Thursday 7th July | Round 2 (& Plate) |
| 18:00, Monday 11th July | Quarter Finals (& Plate) |
| 18:45, Wednesday 13th July | Semi Finals (& Plate) |
| 18:45, Friday 15th July | Plate Finals and Main Finals, Prize Giving & Nibbles |
Matches (in particular, the later rounds) probably cannot be rescheduled.
The entry fee will be £4.00 to cover trophies etc.
Please, please, please come along and mark a few games, particularly if you are one of the higher-ranked team players.
To enter, put your name down on the form on the notice board at the club. Alternatively email Granthan.

The entry fee is £4.00. Please pay this to one of the organisers (Granthan or Lisa) and make sure your name gets ticked off on the list.

Please get in touch with your opponent to check whether he or she can play at the scheduled time. If there is a problem with the scheduled time, please get in touch with the organisers ASAP.

This competition relies on players (particularly team players) making themselves available to mark other matches. Please try to stay on after your matches to mark the next game.

All matches will be the best of five games, PAR scoring to 15. at 14-all set 1 or set 3.

Remember there is a plate competition for first-round losers. This means you are guaranteed a minimum of two games.

Please come along and support as many of the matches as you can - particularly the finals. After the finals, there will be prize giving and nibbles.

Visit the squash section website. I will try to update this website every evening, so you can check on people's progress through the tournament. It would be great to have some write ups for the matches. If anyone feels inspired, please email me your efforts.
