Handicap Matrix
To find a starting score, find the numbers at the intersections of the two
groups. E.g. Paul Heneghan (Group E) v Lisa Hobbs (Group M). Paul's starting
score is Row E, Column M(-11). Lisa's starting score is Row M, Column E (+10).
Games are to +15, so Paul needs 26 points to win, whereas Lisa needs 5.
