Training

Thursday night from 19:30 is shared between club night and training. The training sessions are open to everybody (not just team players), and will consist of lots of routines to help improve certain shots.
Typipical contents of a training session would be:
- warm-up/ghosting
- drops/drives
- feeds/volleys
- double feeds for drives
- double feeds for volleys
- returning drops and boasts to back right
- returning drops and boasts to back left
- complex routines depending on abilities of players
